Flash Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 99 Balls 3D mobile application (the "App").

- Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash logs and
performance data to help us fix bugs and improve app stability. This may include device state, stack
traces, and device identifiers.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to serve ads. AdMob may collect device
identifiers, IP address, and usage data to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads based on your

- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number,
or physical address.
- We do not require account creation or login.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not collect photos, contacts, or any data from your device storage.

Analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months. Crash data is retained for 90 days. We do not
store any personal data on our own servers.

provided personal information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
